Browser inside any application

I recall Darren posting a link to an application that was basically a browser that could be opened from inside any application.  Basically a little box on the bottom right side.



The app was worked on, then took offline becuase the developer felt guilty, then put back online.



Anyone recall the app and its location on the WWW?
