Make your favorite hero (or villain!) say your favorite phrase, speak the opposite of how they are in the game, etc.  ;D

A huge list of games from the 1980s-1990s mainly (bunch of Nintendo classics) but I am quite surprised/disappointed that PAPERBOY isn't there. Such an obvious choice.
