the "Caesary" thing is just an advertisement -- the "Play" button is at the bottom, you can skip the little intro movie, then it's on with the game itself.

It's a stick-figurey, simple, fun little game, that somehow touches on a number of philosophical/ideological/socialogical topics that (via Wikipedia/TVTropes) has likely taken up many weekend hours for a lot of us information addicts/nerds in the forum.
Plus the game is well done, has more variety than you would expect at first, and it's surprisingly SFW, considering it is on NewGrounds.
I got as far as global warming and then got frustrated and board.
Doesn't work on my machine.
