*thread title is reference to a funny movie trailer for the Jerry Seinfeld film "Comedian".



Alas, "The Voice" has been silenced. R.I.P. Mr. King Of The Trailer Voiceover Artists...

(note: I do realize that the man in the booth in the "Comedian" trailer was not Don, but it was clearly an homage to him...)









If anyone can find that awesome 5 minute video clip where Don and 4 other trailer/voiceover guys are getting in a limo to an awards show, that would be a sweet addition to this thread. (One of them is the higher-pitched happy-sounding DisneyDVD guy -- man I hate his voice, heard it way too many times...)

Sad news. I don't think there's many people who have heard a movie trailer and don't know this guy's voice. It's like a kind of tradition or something, a voice you never expect to go away. :(
