Here can be found some deleted scenes from A New Hope, including a soundless cut of Luke witnessing the battle in Tattoine orbit via macrobinoculars, the scene from the novel where he meets his friends back in anchorhead from the novel, and a scene where Biggs tells Luke he's joining the Rebellion.  Its pretty beat up footage, but its cool to see.
