Another optional theme.

Wish I could find one that BOTH was mobile optimized and supported dark mode.

This theme has several user tweakable options.. The default should default to blue with auto dark mode based on your browser / system preference.

Well I gave it a whirl, didn't like it... Too many submenus for my taste
