Until I started using PS3Media Server, this was the software I was using with the PC in my living room.  In some ways I still miss it .

I started using this version from svn several months ago. I love the new youtube plugin!

Pretty nice, though I've retired my media box and just bought a DVD player that can stream media, for everything else there's the Xbox w/ Window Media streamig.
