ROFLMAO! I highly recommend you watch this clip! And that flag they're flying behind Paul Fromm (the old douchebag in the first interview) is the Red Ensign used from 1921-1957 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Canadian_Red_Ensign_1921.svg)(as opposed to the other Red Ensigns (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Canada)). For a minute there, I actually thought he worked for the Ontario provincial government, which has a provincial flag (http://www3.sympatico.ca/goweezer/canada/flagONT.htm) that's similar in design.
