Nice. One of the updates for Windows 8.1 already lets you run Metro Apps in a desktop window, but nice to see it will be carried over to Windows 9.

Yep, 8.1 brought some improvements, hopefully 9 continues that trend

Yeah, they've been leaking pictures of the new start menu for a while. I can say I don't hate it. and Windows X (X Windows??? lol) may be an upgrade I'm willing to make.

But Late 2015 is waaayyy too long. I thought they were supposed to be speeding up the release timelines?

perhaps "Windows 10" is actually binary so it is "Windows 2" #fullcircle ;)
