 No we need the ability to write blanks  Reading the disks does us really no good, does it?  its not like we cna play them on our PC or even play them on another PSP without some sort of media to put it on

True, they should have waited for Sony to release a writable format. I would think that if Sony WAS considering it they will not do it now.
