To be honest, the more I look at the picture, the more it bugs me.  The pads are too big, her arms shouldn't be up like that, she's got all her weight on one side instead of balancing on both feet, and she should be facing the shooter, not trying to keep her hair from flying away.

Oh, and the rules say she'll get a ten minute misconduct if she doesn't put a mouthguard in.
