This will be limited to a few cities until they finish upgrading their network to HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access).

Telus has had EVDO (the CDMA equivalent) launched since last year, they will likely launch video phones around the same time, accept there will be more places you can use them.

I can't imagin what they are going to charge for this, considering the crazy data prices both networks charge already.
