Interviews with some of the cast, and those majorly influenced by the shows.

Like a "video tribute" of sorts, to...

Red Dwarf (natch)

and

The Young Ones!

(etc.)

Is there a master list somewhere? I was looking for Bottom and Rumpole of the Bailey and I couldn't find them.

Britain's Best Sitcom was a poll conducted in 2003 and 2004 by the BBC to identify the United Kingdom's best situation comedy. Criticism was levelled at the BBC after it was revealed that the top ten programmes were all their own productions and that only one place lower at number 11 was the highest ranking non-BBC production (Father Ted).

Out of a list of 100 sitcoms, viewers were asked to vote for their favourite by phone, text message and on the web. The top ten went forward to a final round of voting.

The high position achieved by The Vicar of Dibley and the low positioning of Fawlty Towers and Open All Hours surprised many observers.

Only Fools and Horses ? 342,426 votes
Blackadder ? 282,106 votes
The Vicar of Dibley ? 212,927 votes
Dad's Army ? 174,138 votes

You might enjoy Rik Mayell in "The New Statesman"

Also, http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?user=p0lym0rph has a LOT of clips from "Bottom" (all 3 series!)
