I'm trying to find a newsgroup program that will download files based on an RSS (http://rss.binsearch.net/rssfeed.php) feed, given certain search criteria and when the file is complete on the news server. Do any of you know of a program with that ability?

You want an RSS reader that can monitor and download NNTP aka News groups?
In that case it is not an RSS reader, but a binary Newsgroup program with a monitoring / filter feature.
I use GrabIt (http://www.shemes.com/index.php?p=features) for news groups but I don't think there is an automatic download feature.
NewsBin (http://www.newsbin.com/index.php?mode=main&task=support) Might have a feature like that.

You've described pretty much what I was looking for, Lazy. I was just wondering if there was a NNTP program that could use the RSS feed as a trigger, but one that checks the headers on its own for certain criteria would be fine as well. I'll check Newsbin when I get home. Thanks.
