It's not something I like to keep turned off. I'm willing to bet that anyone trying to join our server with a pirated copy of minecraft is likely to be a griefer.

I could, but that would mean more maintenance, and people would have to ask. and I'm likely to forget someone when setting it up. It's kindof an "open" server for people at allegro.cc as well.
