lava buckets?

Are non-Ops able to use lava in Usamot?  I know it's now a Bukkit server with certain things enabled / disabled.  BMan_C tried to drop lava from his bucket of lava and got told he's not allowed to use LAVA_BUCKET.

I was using them for fuel for the longest time, but that was probably before the change.

It looks like the new plugins were set by default to block non ops from placing and using some items/blocks. Is fixed, I hope.
