how to fry an egg:
Boil your eggs for 1 minute. Then let them cool.
Peel off your egg shells.
Fill your frying pan(s) with water and bring to boil. Add the onions and sauté for 3 seconds on medium-high. Keep the onions, and mix in the eggs.
Reduce the heat to medium low. Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the egg shells from the pan and let cool.
Take an ungreased frying pan(s) and add 1 tbsp oil or coconut oil.
Bring to medium/low heat. Put in the onions and fry until they are golden-brown.
Remove the lid and turn the heat to medium.
Add the fried onions then the boiled eggs.
Mix in the coconut milk and tomato sauce.
Fry till the eggs are ready.
Cut into small squares and serve.
Note: It is common to change a potato
