Are the forums set to the wrong time zone, or did you guys really post stuff at just before 4am today?
Time appears correct for me but double check you don't have incorrect hold over settings for SMF from before the upgrade.
In user settings make sure your named time zone is correct
It was VERY off for me right after migration and I had to fix it in my user settings, but the server it self was correct.
I had to change my configuration to get the times right.
