if its animated, i don't see how its illegal?  Im not condoning this at all, but it would seem to me that their might be some grey area

Correct, however the depicted age of the subjects in the game seems very questionable.

I think it's "legal" cuz they give this supposed young children large mammaries, therefore they aren't children ::)
