Cave Crawl

So last night was fun. I thought I'd share some screen shots of our adventure

That first one, that's a really good action shot of me getting blown up by a creeper   That third one confuses me.

Also, where'd you get that little mini-mapper from?  I play split-screen because I use JourneyMap which I view in a browser window.

By the way, it was lots of fun just doing an exploratory cave crawl, and then setting a base up there with trees and wheat was pretty cool, too.

I ended up digging out to the south until I hit ocean, then I headed east towards land.  It took a while (and a friggin' CREEPER swam out to me and exploded me, after which a skelly picked me off and I died, but no worries, I spawned way down south in my hotel and made it back with seconds to spare before the equipment disappeared; but this is turning into a story of it's own that I shouldn't have put in parentheses), but there is a path out of the ocean all the way back to your angled bridge.  It starts here: http://mc.tomasu.org/#/-327/64/-447/max/0/0, then ends here: http://mc.tomasu.org/#/-177/64/-435/max/0/0, then you have to follow the coastline east north east a bit to here: http://mc.tomasu.org/#/-114/64/-467/max/0/0

Heh. I mentioned last night about the graphical glitches I'm having on my laptop It's somewhat random what a player will look like. Or a zombie or a creeper. The textures get messed up. Sometimes they are just missing, or randomly swapped.

Yeah, it was fun. We'll have to do something similar later. Maybe after we get that cave system done, we can all go look for a Nether Fortress.

I'm thinking I'll just leave my l00t down there for the next time we go back to it. We'll likely need supplies.

My gosh this was a fun time! I can't believe how much we did actually in one night, definitely have to pick it up again

Yeah, I _totally_ outran them!

It was lots of fun doing this _together_, especially with voice chat going.  We built a nice little underground base, but maybe for next time we should have something to build?  Or we could just make it a get-all-the-resources expedition.

But damn yeah, that's a fun way to play Minecraft.
