anyone tried this?

1. Create new folder (anywhere, apparently)
2. Rename it to "God Mode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}"
3. Now you've got a way to access dozens of ControlPanel-esque settings etc. Allegedly.

Just heard of this today, haven't tried it yet.

But it's about 3 years ago it got passed around the 'net, apparently:

PS: "it turns out the God Mode really doesn't expose anything you can't already find in the Control Panel. It just displays it in a list view." http://hothardware.com/cs/forums/t/46145.aspx

Tom, Thorin and I think Lazy tried it.

I never found a reason... (I guess)
