You're in 3rd place at the final table... You're only 1000 under your opponent.
You're dealt 78offsuit in the pocket. What do you do?
Go ALL IN of course ;)

My question is, "How do you keep feeding replies into the same thread for so many days when no one else has responded?"
On the plus side they are all related an in one handy place. ;)
Correct: I "keep feeding replies into the same thread" so "they are all related an in one handy place. ;)" ;)
For anyone who suddenly gets the urge to either be entertained or educated, watching some of the final table action, and *especially* the "High Stakes Poker" video clips, is fantastic and "all in one handy place" ;D

*18billion: 52 x 51 = 2652 combination of pockets; 2652 x 2652 x 2652 = 18,651,791,808

That's awesome. I had a hand like that in a tournament at the Baccarat. I flopped a set of aces (I had the black aces in the hole) with a flop of Ad Kh Jh. I put my opponent all in to make a flush draw expensive. He calls and shows Ah Kd for two pair. I have him crushed at that point with his only outs being runner-runner flush. Turn: Th. River: Qh. The dealer says "Flush. No wait, straight flush. No wait, ROYAL FLUSH!" I had him covered and was still in good shape but wow, what a cool hand.
I love hearing Mr Kotter doing commentary for the Heads Up show.
Also learn from the fools!
