best part was the insanely long URL for the Geocities page of her "friend"  ;D

also from that YT user...

Angry Birds on a C-64 (actually more like a VIC-20!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OOurrhvnB9U

and Twitter on an old DOS PC (complete with Surprise Virus Ending!)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCvidD5JKBg

and of course a handful of "serious" links, had to watch this one about BBSes...

but especially unintentionally funny is this 1 minute clip about "cellular radio telephones": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5MCrfXDiQWs (I like how they say "in the future seeing someone using a cellular phone might be as commonplace as... [things that we never see anymore]")

Ahhh... the old "demo scene" (Back in the mid-late 1980s I was "into" the Atari/Amiga demos, never built anything, just enjoyed a few dozen of them, cool stuff, a lot of VERY talented developers and artists, wonder what happened to most of them)

The demoscene is still pretty big in europe theres at least one big Demo party in europe (called Assembly). I seem to recall another big one as well, but I can't remember the name, and it probably wasn't just demoscene related...
