Looks like a strong-story open-world MMORPG* that looks better than some Hollywood movies -- if you haven't seen the 7 minutes of gameplay (Euro, from June 2013) check it out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EWJD8DMasCU (North America trailer, tells more of the story: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KT_05h3EQ98 ; its uniqueness summed up here (http://hmv.com/games/hmv-s-games-of-2014-8-tom-clancy-s-the-division) )
*technically, MOTPTSARPG (multiplayer online third-person tactical shooter action role-playing game)
The mic chatter in that vid is hilarious, all complimentary and actually useful, nothing like actual online gameplay :D (Y'know, d-don't s-say s-swears... (http://youtu.be/HGr18BHG4ak))
Also it doesn't say what version was demoed but I'm going to assume PC
I'm still looking forward to WATCH_DOGS which has been pushed back to Q2 2014...

I think it's either PS4 or XBone only (although PC would make sense too, of course) ... since it is tactical team-based RPG, and not just MMO run-and-shoot, I would hope there's easy ways of limiting who joins forces with you, and easy enough kick/ignore ability.
The one thing that jumped out for me was how DIFFERENT the overall GUI is, having all the typical HUD stats as well as mission/task status updates etc. show up in-game (on the floor, on the wall) instead of just in a section on the monitor screen. It really feels more like video footage of a real mission or event, rather than a video game. It's like back when I played City Of Heroes, if I turned off most of the popups and therefore saw almost no text within the gameplay it felt more like watching a cartoon than playing a balanced-numbers-behind-it-all MMO.
PS: found a different gameplay/marketing video, from September 2013 -- and it shows how you can have a "companion app" on your tablet while playing on your console:

In general a HUD contains stuff you need to know all up in yo face, in places your eyes expect consistently, having to switch views or look around on-screen takes time, it will cost you if it isn't effective.
But these vids are so early who knows for sure...
