Today I installed Skype and CutePDF writer on my new machine and even though I UN-CHECKED all the options to install things like the ask bar or default my browsers homepage to Bing I still got saddled with a few unwanted applications.
Some apps like CutePDF are amazing but the bundled software leaves me scratching my head, how about instead of installing useless crap (Comodo browser?? WHY?) give me a donation link.
I'd much rather give you money through donation than have you foist unwanted crap I'm going to remove the second I'm aware of it
Yeah, I try to pay real close attention to what they say they're installing. I'm surprised CutePDF Writer has extra installs, I thought it was entirely free. Skype, on the other hand, I understand that Microsoft is using it to push Microsoft products (that no one wants).
