So home machines are bot nets and DYNAMIC DNS is handy for that... Hmm instead of ordering the DNS company to share data, they just take the domain from them?

An enterprising sleaze could make a business out of that if Microsoft is willing to pay haha

Still doesn't explain how a private company can go to court and get another companies asset handed over to them.
