Off the cuff, assuming what little video we see is in-game it looks a lot more like SF vs Tekken (which was awful) than SFIV
I'll keep up with this story as it comes but for now it's another WTF moment from CAPCOM

First hands on analysis shows the game movement to be a bit slow, a la SFIV, beta testing could speed it up. I know I was expecting a speedier game
There's a LOT of speculation on what characters are going to make it in, so far the only confirmed characters are Ryu, Chun Li, Charlie/Nash and M. Bison
There's also a bug right now with one of Chun Li's supers, basically you can spam the screen with her fireball (think of Marvel vs Capcom 3 Morrigan)
CAPCOM confirmed the exclusivity deal yesterday meaning no XBone release. I'm going to hazard a guess that they are going to heavily DLC this iteration of SF, I say that because XBox is the most expensive and rigorous for developers to push updates to, whereas PC and PS4 are a lot more lax / inexpensive.
One of the more amusing things to come out of E3 though was a so-called "glitch" that made female characters boobs bounce around ridiculously (insert your own gainaxing / jiggle physics joke here).
