More like cash grab on a franchise that was run into the ground very solidly over the last 15 years

CHOPPA

He'll be back.

And so will audiences (myself included, methinks) who were underwhelmed with Salvation (and actually realize that T3 isn't really all that bad (especially if you re-watch it on TBS with all those extra info-popups) ).

Also that writing -- "get to the choppa!" taken a bit too literally eh ;)

Genisys wasn't TERRIBLE but it certainly wasn't as good as #2 (or even #1? Maybe? idk, that baby has NOT aged well).

But I am resurrecting this thread because...

PSSSH! A new Obsessive Pop Culture Disorder -- "Why The Terminators Are Probably Just Sex Robots" -- and imo this is actually the BEST of all the entire series of OPCD**, and this is one of Cracked best series. Dan O'Brien is da man! (PSSSH!)

** (because this ep is the most meta, fast-paced, self-aware, self-mocking in the entire series -- you know, all the things OPCD is known for! see https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_saLI-LH-VoIJCsCXE6Qa2lS37kPS2od )

Seriously, this ep is THE BEST of the series. It deserves a 2nd post just to reinforce that fact. DOB manages to out-insult himself vs. any previous videos he has ever appeared in -- including Agents Of Cracked! -- and yet it is not formulaic or stale or predictable. Hell, Heller, Hellest, imma watch it again. Because awesome.

Haha, that was pretty good, though I guess the main reason is: movies

But there are a lot of talking points, I mean what if the reason they don't just go back to when Sarah Connor was born and take her out as a babby is because they had to wait until the AI timeline was far enough along that no possible interaction from her would cause the future to change? IDK time travel is always a mess in movies

I enjoyed the ep for its structure more than its content.

The packaging was classic DOB.

It might be better -- theoretically -- if you keep in mind certain key years...
