I don't play the game, yet that's hilarious!

Also, there's a hover-over grey bar that adds the "Mods" comparison...

Oh I missed that on first pass!

I downloaded a weather mod (that added things like dust storms) and a HD texture mod to Fallout 3 it was pretty intense, going back to "vanilla" was ... disappointing

Lost interest in Fallout 3 along the way, and I wasn't thinking of getting this one however my interest is rising after watching the gameplay videos.

But I still haven't played though MassEffect 3 and I think I would need a new system or console to consider the new fallout.

I got one for Tonnica (and a pre-order of F4)

Fallout 3 was exceptional with the Broken Steel DLC added, it really filled out the whole game. Also there was a TON to do outside the main storyline (which you can finish really, really quickly if you know where to go and what to do)
