You would end up with dollar store knockoff grade blocks... IE they would not reliably stay connected.
One of legos true real values is the design they came up with for locking the blocks but the second is their manufacturing tolerances that allow even really really old lego to still work with new lego.
3D printing isn't that accurate yet.
pedantic: 3d printing probably can be that accurate. But you're not going to get it from a $300 printer.

Part of it is the material as well, lego gives just enough and is strong.. Not saying it isn't possible but if it was easy you would see someone selling lego already since the real stuff is so expensive.
