Cracked. But don't prejudge it.
Spoiler
Obi-Wan and Padme were secretly in love, hooked up many times behind Anakin's back, and the twin babies were probably Kenobi's kids.
And therefore, imo, this does explain things, almost brings a more kind of poetic-justice logic to the Ep.III lava planet battle, not to mention the Ep.IV scenes when Obi-Wan is evasive about Luke's father and then eventually basically suicides at the hands of Vader.
However I think calling it [accidentally] near-Shakespearean is going a bit too far. This is LUCAS after all. Sorry, Cracked.
This reminds me check out the Plinkett review of The Force Awakens

DO NOT.
Not yet anyway -- gotta get thru V and VI with my girls before we watch VII on Netflix together.
Oldest daughter now works 5 nights a week... so it's tough to schedule a time! :)
...dang frustrating though, since that new Plinkett video keeps showing up in my suggestions...
You haven't seen The Force Awakens yet? I think you will enjoy it, particularly if you like IV/V/VI
TESB was Tuesday.
Ewok Party is Saturday I hope.
