Looks like they turned up the colour and saturation, I guess to make it look less grey?
What stood out to me more in that video was how well the original handled climbing mechanics - all the grabs and steps were on handholds and toeholds, whereas the remastered version had him just grab smooth wall or air...
The textures were sharper but the rendering effects looked awful
Also re-watch the video for stuff randomly flying around and other weird background glitches.
I swear to god Ubisoft forgot how to make their own games at some point.
