Its a good idea. Basically concider this, you rent a game from Rogers Video, it costs $5.50 for 3 days. x10 = $55.00
...in a months rent, to finish a game, you save half the price tag.

Also I find the local video store is almost always out of the good games.. I am sure it is much better on these services.
Actually...its 2 games out at a time, so it would cost you $110 for the same thing from your local blockbuster.
Concider this though, if your game gets lost during shipment, you are probably on the hook for it.

I suspect behind the scenes it's the same folks as "Zip.ca". Here's a bit of evidence, in their FAQ they forget to change "watch" to "play", so I'm guessing they used verbatim movie-rental wording from elsewhere:
