X-Prize, oh yeah I remember that thingie, where the hell's my moonbase?

I was promised a moonbase would be ready by 1999, and Martin Landou would be Commander and they'd have a shape changing Cosmic Princess...

I saw a commercial the other day for 7UP, which if you buy now, you could win a free trip into space (could this be because of the X-Project success?).
