Man, Car Wars, that takes me back! Never played it myself, but I've seen it in action and heard much about it.

 NCsoft - continuing to be well known for insanely detailed flexibilty in the character customizations :)

That is because the programmers are extremely skilled in the ways of ctrl+c & ctrl+v
