Start drinking now and don't stop until Monday 7 AM, no hangover if you don't stop, well HUUUUGE hangover on Monday, Tuesday and possibly Wednesday...

I have discovered the following in my hangover experiments:
The next day the most important thing to do is eat something and drink gatoraide, water won't even get absorbed the next day and you need to replenish lost minerals. Toast and baked beans works best, but use your own discretion.

Just a little tidbit I saw on discovery one day:

The longer an alcholic beverage is distilled the worse the hangover.

Well, i got a funeral taking up most of my Saturday, but ya know, im glad my grandma bit the dust this weekend and not like next week or the week after.  I got tix to Wide Mouth Mason, and i start my vaction at the end of the month.  So her death is only going to eliminate one of my days off.

Battlefield 2 ownz me.  My server is constantly at war, and I gotta break in the new MX518 before the official launch on Thursday (-$10 if you buy on Thursday and not a day later).

CS:S ownz me too.  As much as i hated the game, i love the people i play with on a nightly basis.  Over the last 4 months i have racked up nearly 300 hours of CS:S and even with BF2 so close i doubt my addiction will subside.  <- OWNZ ME.  Far and away the most definitive FPS ever created, and thats unarguable.

I gotta finish organizing my MP3 collection.  Im over 1,750 complete albums, and my old way was making it far to compllicated.  The new way is much easier, and thanks to mp3tag (http://www.mp3tag.de/en/) im ripping through it at a pase of about 100 albums an hour.

Uhh, couple weddings coming up.  Side activities leading up to these seem to be accumulating. Ive also been left with a seriously bad taste in my mouth with the whole registry thing, isnt it just on the outside of greed?  *gimmie gimmie gimmie*  Looking over a buddies he has like some pretty stunning things on it.

Umm, i started work on some .NET socket stuff, polling the Gamespy generic ports and parsing the data for a server status program.  The few that i have arnt bad, but i want some more functionality for the 3-4 servers i administer.

XML licks nuts.  I dont understand why its so @%&#ing spectacular.  The amount of time its taken me to parse though a BF:V log compared to a CS:S log is atleast 20:1.  COMMA-SEPERATED-FILE ownz you.  No need to use XML if you dont gotta, its a waste.

Going to Banff for my vacation.  With my sister moving their recently its sorta nice to have a free place to crash for a week.  Did you know a males haircut in banff is $35?  I pay like $15 at the local chain, and i bet the same quality.  THough i guess milk and bread is about the same price.

...53 minutes till home time.

XML is neither about speed or efficiency it's about sharing complex data in abstract ways. :)

LOL yeah, if your looking at XML for stellar performance you will be seriously disappointed.

XML gets its power from pure flexibility and supported standards like XPath, XSLT, DOM, Xml Schema, SVG ...etc

You want a universal parser right outta the box? here you go: DOM, oh you want to validate that data? No problem, Xml Schema. Now you need to get specific pieces of data out of that XML without having to write crazy custom parsing routines? Try XPath. Completely change the structure of the data for your crazy app, make easily customizable reports? XSLT should do the trick.

Yeah, CSV is faster, if you just want to collect data dumps. But if you actually want to do anything complicated and custom with it, you got to cut a lot of custom code.
