So apparently Americans have a history of "bolting" during UN sessions? So I guess in the interest of National^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^HGlobal Security, Bush had to make sure it was okay otherwise he'd unload some WMDs? :P :D

Sort of funny, but not really.. Of all the stupid things Bush saies or does, why make news out of this?
