It's been quite a while since I heard anything about Starcraft: Ghost - could be related to that as well.
Maybe an MMO based on Starcraft combined with that recent animated film about carrier pigeons? :P

I'm guessing what we experienced was either
(a) A site hack, heavy on the "Non Sequiter".
(b) Bored web guys at Blizz, just before the update, who knew the little amateurish messing-around would be talked about on Slashdot and the like (i.e. 15 nanoseconds of cyberfame!)
