Option 2: overly emotional (to say the least)

Option 3: insane due to their being overly emotional

Option 4: overly emotional due to their being insane

Option 5: (not allowed to answer; "she" is standing right here)

...having a REALLY bad day (Mr. Analog knows why -- yes, my friend, it's getting even worse) so I thought I'd blow off a bit of steam...
PS: Anyone up for a hang out time after work today? Bo Diddley's, a cheap movie, or just a couple of friends talking and stuff?
I could go for hanging out but I first need to know the answer to the following:
a) Do you want to hang out to avoid thinking about the issue.
b) Do you want other peoples opinions on what is going on.
Not a determining question one whether I will or will not hang out, but it is important as far as what topics of discussion are going to be appropriate.
P.S. Built in spell check in FF2 B1 works great!

Sorry to here you're having troubles. I'd be up for something after work. I've got three platinum plus tickets in the glove box of my car, and I can be the wheel man if need be.
Women are very odd... one moment normal the next they can be a ball of razor wire... then crying.
The odd thing is that just like superman they do have a weakness chocolate is there kryptonite. :P
I do hope a get out with some friends helps ya out.
It does for me. We sometimes later at night, we take a flat of beer out to this school and just sit on the park equipment and drink beer. Its a nice escape.

Thanks for your concern... Trust me, I'm doing *plenty* to deal with the issue, and thinking is something I need a break from (since there's little I can do right now).
And I'm sure Mr. Analog will share his interpretation of what I shared with him on Sunday night -- then I'll "take it from there" for anyone interested ;D (beer will probably be helpful in that ;) )
Sorry Gents, I have to do some contract work tonight right after work... won't be able to attend.
Men can be overly emotional and insane as well, we're just more likely to couch it in aggressive behaviours.
Nonetheless, it always sucks when a woman gets overly emotional and ruins your day.
Here's hoping your day gets better. And that maybe someday you'll either have lost your mind (and won't notice the insanity) or have found another woman who is not quite as emotional to spend time with. Unless you're done spending time with women?
Women are completely, totally, unequivocably insane. They'll do something that'll make you so mad your teeth will hurt and then expect to be treated like royalty right afterwards. Or (even worse) be the happiest entity on the planet then turn around and do/say something really vicious. It takes insanity to do something like that. Or a clinical lack of dark chocolate in the diet.
I think the "overemotional" tag doesn't really work for women. Sure there are the mood swings that are kicked off by the body itself (PMS, menopause) but guys can get pretty emo too. Plus there is a male equivalent to menopause so some guys can't escape from getting caught up in that.
Anyways; insane. Totally.
hmmm...
replace "overly emotional" with...
um...
irrational?
illogical?
impossible to predict their reaction even by a thousand clustered mainframes and a million blogs attempting to understand "inter-gender issues"?
impossible to communicate with?
IRRATIONAL, that settles it. Even when the "emotions" have cooled off, still not able to reason out facts and reality and instead relying on ... well, even "truthiness" would be too kind a word.
(my guess is that most mystical belief systems were founded by women -- who were looking for ways to make men act as bats--t crazy as they usually do)
Women are like an intentionally obfusticated Microsoft API; the documentation that's there is hard to read and when you think you have something figured out you find that you're wrong.

Bingo.
Cuz there is no "right". ;)
Okay so the improptu gathering: (sans Melbosa) ... North Edmonton or South Common cinemas, sound like a plan?
If not then maybe just downtown BPs?
It's 2:00 -- let's figure this out :)

Ha! That reminds me of some of the Colbert Report taglines:
"Anyone can read the news to you. I promise to
feel the news
at you."
"Demon of facts... be gone! This is The Colbert Report!"
(Probably best to go to a happy place where Colbert is doing his Word of the Day!)
Colbert gets me through a hard sometimes... I skip viewing for a few weeks, then go to http://snipurl.com/ColbertReport (direct link to the videos) -- a half hour later I'm leaving work whistling and shaking my pockets full of gold coins (it's magic, they just appear while watching, can't explain it :o )
PS: Wikipedia has the "Introductory phrase" listed for nearly every episode (rightmost column)...

I'll second that.
Done.
Leaving in 60 minutes -- cya @ 5:00? (or later, I guess *grumble*)
5 or thereabouts is fine.
