Hi folks, well, I've been studying the charts and using my mind and I've found that all the rules you can find on pg. 151 of the PHB covers pretty much all rules for cover / line of sight.
One thing I did learn though was that if you have a corner with two combatants within melee range of each other (half cover) and the attacker chooses to use a ranged weapon point-blank (which would normally incur an attack of opportunity) the defender does not get an attack of opportunity because there is cover between him and the foe that is triggering it.
