QuoteGamePolitics has confirmed that lawyers representing Take-Two Interactive, publisher of Bully, are seeking to have Jack Thompson declared in contempt of court.

Although we haven?t yet seen the motion, the request would appear to relate to Thompson?s angry comments in the wake of Miami District Court Judge Ronald Friedman?s refusal to block sales of Bully.

We can only hope!

Redickulous, this Thompson, Jack[ass].

How about letting consumer decide what they are willing to lighten their wallets for, and leave the morality-imposing to the parents ;)

PS: oh no, yet again the TRUTH doesn't match up with the fear-mongering speculation...

When given preview build, however, the mainstream media took a generally positive opinion of the game. Press coverage has described the game as free-form, focusing on building a social network and learning new skills from classes, with strictly enforced punishments for serious misbehaviour (for example, having to clear snow away as punishment for hitting a girl).

pwn3d! ;D

I hope so, Jack Thompson is a terrible role model for children and should be banned.

Jack reminds me of Al Gore back in the early '90s, trying to crusade against video games as a career option.
