Why the PS3 one is called 7 I am not sure... When it comes down to it there isn't that much difference in these shots.
Also consider that they where taken with a camera.
Most interesting thing to me is the number of objects MISSING in the PS3 version.
Rushed development I'm guessing. You could wager that the PS3 version was started just before or just after the 360 version shipped. Having to modify the engine and all that to work on the PS3 might been a little rougher then they had thought.

Really good article that summarizes a lot of what we already know about the 2 powerhouse consoles. PS3 sure does win in the feature count, but console design is in Microsoft's favor.
I guess only time will tell for sure, even if I wanted one of the next gen consoles (which I don't) I'd probably hold off for a year to see how they develop and how the programmers / 3rd parties end up using the hardware of each.
Don't forget, the XBox 360 is already 1 year old this xmas. So I'm interested to see exactly what the PS3 and Wii put out in their 1st year, and what M$ responds with in thier 2nd year. Halo 3 and Halo Wars will definately add some pressure to the other two to come up with some big hits. In the end I predict the Wii does better in NA at least.

Yeah, I know, I said "next gen" (lol), look at the XBox 360 though, its been out a year and
finally there is an intriguing game out for it (Gears of War), at least for me anyway.
PS3 and Xbox 360 got a killer 2007 thats for certain. Not sure on the Wii front, but im guessing it has a lot of Mario in it (party and sports)
