Wow this really puts things into perspective. The numerous corporations currently battling it out with Microsoft on a large array of different products.

Funny though, no mention of the console wars or the HD-DVD format wars?

How does Windows XP battle Google or Oracle or Mozilla or Apache?

Seems odd because it is XP.

Windows XP comes bundled with MSN apps and search by default to battle Google and Mozilla apps.

Windows SERVER (I know it says XP) comes bundled with IIS to battle Apache

No Idea why Windows is in there with Oracle as windows does not come with a database and Oracle can run on windows.

so why include MSN, IIS, etc on that thing if you can just use the all encompassing XP?

I don't know.. It is like listing a troop carrier.. It really doesn't do anything other than deliver the troops.
