Being a huge fan of the SSX series, I'd really be interested in seeing how this works with the Wii controls. Seems, as far as I can tell, that this is a Wii only release (which kind of sucks :( ).

From what I read it is the EXACT same set of tracks from the last game.. The only thing that is new is the controls and some of the graphics.
Wii! I'll rent this puppy, curious to see how it works with the controller.
Shhhhhh! Don't tell Thorin or the kids. They are all big fans of the SSX series.
Wouldn't it be nice to rent/own/want a game knowing how the controller will work? It seems to me that the Wii almost forces people to rent before buying, in regards to more traditional games (action/adventure, fps, sports, etc), as the controller action could be the linchpin. Interestingly is that not only do Wii/PS3 owners have to worry about the gameplay, story and other commonly reviewed game attributes, but now controller response, stability, action, etc is now also being critiqued.
I wonder when Nintendo will put up game demos on the Wii store or dash thing...

Good call, problem solved.
I haven't quite got the hang of getting demos online on the PS3. Just seems harder than the 360 by a long shot. But then again, Nintendo and Sony are working really on their first fully online integrated system, where as M$ has been working with Patching and Downloads since the Win95 days. Plus having the XBox being pretty close to fully integrated gave them a huge advantage.
