And the exploits start surfacing already.

"While the hackers have been counting on Vista's speech recognition accuracy, Microsoft representatives have had much less success in demonstrating the feature to the public. In this infamous video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Y_Jp6PxsSQ) Microsoft blamed ambient noise on the operating system's humorous interpretation of the spoken word."
Ha ha! Using the speech recognition to tell the computer to delete everything on the C: drive.
"Here, play this audio file"
<file starts playing> "DELETE C:\*.*" <short pause> "Y"
Classic. Not really an exploit, though... This would happen with any computer that has voice recognition software installed.
Funny more than anything.
It's very amusing, that's for sure. That's one of those things when developing a feature like that you just don't consider.
Reminds me of an old clip I saw of some guys demo'ing some voice recognition software on linux - and a guy in the back stood up and yelled 'rm -rf /*'
