Title: Hot Spot!
Post by: Mr. Analog on June 04, 2007, 10:10:09 AM
So, who's got the hottest work environment today?

In our office right now it's just a bit over 30 C!

Not here.  That was two years ago at NAIT when they shut down the AC in the tower during the summer.

It gets up over 30c in my brown metal box if its warm enough outside. Its cool in here now because I left the furnace fan on, the windows open, and a fan in my front window on all night. It could have been much warmer :o

Not my work environment - but I nominate my house.  Especially considering my thermostat mis-reads everything rather high (eg. to have it comfy in the winter I normally set it to 25-26, which gives a temp around 21-22).  I've been seeing readings on my thermostat over the weekend up in the 35 range, the actual temp is certain >30.

For home I bought a digital thermometer. It works really well (even shows the humidity). I needed to know what my average temp was at home (for brewing). On average I keep it around 22 to 23 C. I have A/C at home now (thank God!) so I don't mind the heat so much anymore ;)

Should only take a couple weeks after bottling...
