And then starting at 2:12 it really gets freakin' Amazing. At 2:43 and onwards I started thinking of a late scene from "The Running Man", true Ahnold fans know the one...

* in summary, they took a dataset of 200 face scans, then combined them into an "average", and from that any "new" face (including from a flat still photo!) can be mapped onto that average... and then morphed :o

Very strange... but cool!
I can't wait until some of the more advanced game dev shops combine their facial expression and speech-syncing engines with this face-grabbing/morphing tool ... Might find Youtube full of fake videos of JFK saying Bushisms or something ;D
