I need a cartoon villain for a contest idea, so what would you guys say is the best cartoon villain ever?
Skeletor is the obvious choice for best villain ever. Second would be the Joker from Batman. Third best I'd peg as Xanatos from Gargoyles.
Where else will you find a guy with a skull head and a skull staff who sits upon a skull throne in a snake mountain giving middle management style commands (boils down to "go out and be jerks!") to a bunch of hairy, vicious underlings that were created by blending a stack of metal albums and pouring the results into battle gear? No place else. There's only one Skeletor!

The guy with the bucket on his head was my favourite (after Daedalus), all he had to do was keep the helmet on, but he was always tricked into taking it off...
