Also, a Ninja's Handbook would be awesome... (especially if there was a Pirate's handbook as well)

Ah, good ol' TSR. The Complete Ninja's Handbook (http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product_info.php?products_id=16904&it=1). They didn't make a Pirate's Handbook, although Wizards of the Coast did make Stormwrack (http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product_info.php?products_id=28313&it=1) for 3.5. If you're willing to go third-party, there's Unorthodox Pirates (http://www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=7436&src=XXX)...

I'm glad I never relied on dice for the outcome of actual sexual encounters :P
