1. It's going to be 2.5 D, which much like Tekken means it will be 3D with 2D moves (and of course side-steps).
2. There's virtually no information yet about it other than some screen shots (etc), no word on modes, playable characters and all that crap that fighting games fanatics like myself go nuts for.
